This is not your typical leftover recipe…more a ‘cleaning-the-slate’ recipe (this is especially good for your college student! LOL!)… Clean Out Your Pantry Ramen Stir-Fry 2 tbs soy sauce 1 tbs rice vinegar 1 tbs sesame oil 1 tsp brown sugar 1 tsp ninced garlic 1 tsp minced ginger 1 tbs peanut oil ½ tsp garlic powder 3 pkgs Ramen noodles 2 chopped shallots 2 chopped scallions Cook the ramen according to stove top cooking instructions. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and minced ginger until well combined.
Heat the peanut oil in a large skillet, along with the ½ tsp of garlic, shallots, and green onion and saute for about a minute. Add the cooked noodles, followed by the sauce. Toss well.
