      .

      .
      3 cups Flour
      2 tablespoons Sugar
      2 tablespoons Baking Powder
      4 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
      1 1/4 teaspoons Salt

In a quart jar, combine all ingredients in layers, placing flour on bottom,

With a wire whisk, blend in 1-1/3 cups Pancake Mix until moistened but still
lumpy. Cook on a lightly greased griddle or skillet. Makes about 10- 5
      inch pancakes.
