3-4 cups shredded, cooked chicken
3 heaping Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp brown mustard
1 Tbsp onion-minced/diced
1 stalk celery-minced/diced
1 lime-juiced
5 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
s and p-to taste (where to find organic, non-irradiated spices)
2 avocados, halved and with seed removed
1 tsp dill relish *Optional
1 tsp sweet relish *Optional
1. Mix all the ingredients, except avocado, together in a small mixing bowl.
2. Prep avocados.
3. Scoop mix into avocado halves and serve.
