Just thought I would start this forum board off right. I’ve decided to post my journal with all of my daily work-outs and thoughts here. Maybe I might actually gain some motivation from it.
I got my workouts from https://www.LissFitness.com Although I followed liss’ advice and took all my body measurements, I’m sure you’ll forgive me for not posting them right now!
Here goes:
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, coffee
Walked 2 miles this morning (tracked it with a pedometer).
Lunch: Lobster Roll
