      Christmas Morning Sausage Rolls
      • Two 8 oz tubes crescent rolls
      • 1 lb sausage, cooked and crumbled
      • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
      Preheat oven to 375º. Separate tubes of crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Press diagonal seams together with a fork or your fingers.

      Sprinkle rolls with sausage and cheese. Roll dough jelly-roll style. Slice rolls in half and place on a cookie sheet, seam side down.

      Bake for 15-20 minutes. Makes 16 rolls.

      Variation: Add some scrambled eggs to your rolls for an even more flavor
