I wanted to thank everyone for the help with the Christmas Mice – the second batch turned out much better – – I put the mice together first on waxed paper and cut the excess chocolate off after they set up. For the ears I waited to put them on later aswell. I used some stiff chocolate frosting to glue the ears on.
I also got all my chocolate coffee spoons done and the hot chocolate spoons done – all I have left are the almond bark pretzles (I have to do these last or they will be gone before our Christmas get together).
