      Prepare the day before in a 9×13 casserole dish; spray dish with PAM.

      10 slices of bread (crust removed), broken into bite sized pieces
      1 lb cooked bacon, crumbled
      7 eggs
      2 cups milk
      1 lb cooked sausage
      2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
      salt & pepper to taste

      Layer bread, bacon, sausage & cheese in that order. Beat eggs, salt & pepper with milk. Pour egg mixture over the casserole.

      Cover & refrigerate overnight. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Uncover towards the end.

      Good served with grits, biscuits & a fruit cup.
