Chocolate Lover’s Cookies in a Jar
1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
1/3 cup white chocolate or vanilla chocolate chips
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
? cup packed dark brown sugar
1 cup baking mix (Bisquick, Jiffy Mix, etc.)
? cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup baking mix
Layer and pack ingredients in canning jars in the order listed. Yes,
some ingredients are repeated. That’s where the layering comes
in…think edible sand sculptures. If there is any space left at the
top after adding the last ingredient, include more baking chips.Attach the following instructions to the jar:
Chocolate Lover’s Cookies
1 jar Chocolate Lover’s Cookie Mix
? cup butter or margarine (1 stick), melted
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Empty contents of the jar into a medium mixing bowl. Stir in the
melted butter, egg and vanilla. Stir until well blended.Refrigerate
batter for about 15-20 minutes. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on
baking sheets coated with cooking spray (or lined with parchment
paper).Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes or until cookies are golden
brown.Makes 2-1/2 dozen cookies.

Love everything chocolate. Am thinking about holiday gifts now that school is about to start back up. This sounds like a winner, so will give the recipe a try!
Thanks!
