Chocolate-Dipped Candy Canes

They are easy to make and fun to hold onto while stirring hot cocoa.
Just melt some chocolate in a double boiler, take some unwrapped candy canes (large ones are best). Hold onto the curved end and dip the straight part of the cane into the chocolate and hang to dry.
bundle them up into groups of two, three, or more and wrap them in candy cello bags, topped with curling ribbon or raffia.
(You can also put these in a mug with a packet of hot cocoa and a small bag of mini marshmallows. Really cute teacher’s gift.)
