4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Approximately 1 cup margarita mix
Salt and pepper to taste
Black beans
Pico de Gallo
Brown rice
Marinate the chix breast in the margarita mix overnight. (Or a minimum of 2 hours).
Grill the chicken breast, serve over hot black beans, with mexican rice and pico de-gallo on the side. (That’s it, really!) If you want to kick it up a notch, marinate the chicken IN a Margarita!
