4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Approximately 1 cup margarita mix
Salt and pepper to taste
Pico de Gallo
Marinate the chix breast in the margarita mix overnight. (Or a minimum of 2 hours).
Grill the chicken breast, serve over hot black beans, with mexican rice and pico de-gallo on the side. (That’s it, really!) If you want to kick it up a notch, marinate the chicken IN a Margarita!

Question…the margarita mix…is it alcoholic or non…I don’t like the taste of alcohol, but like the drink mix by itself. Can I use that?
Anyway, I can’t wait to try this and the new black beans recipe you’ve posted! Thanks for sharing!
