8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.) 1 env. SHAKE ‘N BAKE Hot & Spicy Seasoned Coating Mix 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheese 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles, drained
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Coat chicken with coating mixture as directed on package. Place on ungreased or foil-lined baking pan. Discard any remaining coating mix. Bake 20 minutes.
MIX cheese and chilies; spoon over chicken. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted. Serve with 1 cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick ‘N Chunky Salsa, if desired.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with a side of Spanish rice and a steamed vegetable.
