I think its two seprate things,as it is listed on the brake down on my taxes as: child tax credit and it is left blank and then on the earned income credit it says the dollar amount. When i went to see how much id get back more or less from irs,I put in 0 in the child tax credit space as it is on my brakedown.I am so confuzed about this. So I don’t know how much I get, guess I’ll wait and see.

Earned income Credit On the stimulis checks you can get a 300.00 additonal pay if you have a child tax credit. I was under the impression the Earned income credit and the child tax credit was the same thing.Today I found out that its not…Can some one tell me the diffrence?I filed for the Earned income credit so I won’t get the additional 300.00.
