2 boneless chicken breasts 1 package McCormick Country Style Chicken Bag & Season 2 cups broccoli cuts (frozen) 2 cups carrot cuts (frozen) handful chopped peppers and onion 1 cup rice 2 cups Water 1/3 cup flour
Mix the McCormick Country Style Chicken seasoning, water, flour, and rice together and dump in 2 qt casserole dish. Add in frozen veggies. Add in chicken. Exercise for hour while dish is cooking in oven at 350 degrees and enjoy while metabolism is up! 🙂 Makes a great, easy meal for 2 on work nights!
