Here goes ~ my first post .. (hope I get it posted right!!)
This recipe comes from my daughter it’s the easiest and soooo good..
4 chicken breasts
1 package dry taco seasoning
1 cup salsa
1 can black beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour creamPlace chicken in crockpot, sprinkle on taco seasoning. Pour soup, salsa, and beans over top. Cook on low for 6 – 8 hours. Stir in sour cream before serving.
Serve on tortillas with shredded cheese or on soft shells.
We always use the soft shells for this recipe but it’s good both ways.
The grandkids love it, too. Never a wasted morsel with this dish. - January 25, 2009 at 10:08 pm #412399
