Chicken Stroganoff 1 can cream of chicken soup1/2 packet French onion soup mix 3 tsp garlic, crushed or finely chopped 1 chicken stock cube 1/2-3/4 cup warm water 1 1/2 tbs basil 1 cup chopped onion 2 lb chicken breast diced 1/4 cup cream cheese 1/4 cup sour cream Put diced chicken breast in slow cooker. Top with chopped onions.In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except for the cream cheese and sour cream. Pour soup mixture on top of chicken and onions. Stir. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hrs. In the last 15 min of cooking, add the cream cheese and sour cream.
Stir well to combine. Serve over noodles. Serves 4
