1. Pound chicken breast to 1/4 inch. Place on it a thin slice of ham and a thin slice of cheese (I used provolone cause that’s what I had). Fasten with toothpics. Place in a Pammed baking dish. Pour over that a good spaghetti sauce and bake about 35-45 in a 325 oven. (Serve without toothpicks) PS I have to give Mr Food credit for the basic recipe.
2. Tommorrow. Take left over chicken roll ups and slice/chop into bite size pieces. Heat it up in the left over spaghetti sauce and serve over rice. Sprinkle with parmesan.
Or works just as well with pasta.
