      2 (10 3/4 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
      1 cup uncooked rice (not instant)
      salt & pepper
      6 chicken breast halves
      1/2 cup butter, melted

      Combine soup with rice, salt & pepper; spread in a greased 2 quart baking dish. Lay chicken on top & drizzle with melted butter. Season with more salt & pepper & cover with foil. Bake at 275 degrees for 2 hours.

      Serves 6
