      1 1/4 lb chicken tenders, grilled and cut into bite size pieces
      1 cup sliced celery
      3 Tbl sliced green onions
      3/4 cup Craisins
      2 oz pine nuts
      12 oz penne or rigatoni, cooked, drained & rinsed in cold water
      4 Tbl prepared pesto
      1 cup reduced fat mayo
      1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
      1/2 tsp salt
      1/2 tsp Black Pepper

      Stir till all ingredients are completely incorporated. In a large bowl, fold chicken mixture into noodles.

      Serve, or cover and chill in the refrigerator.
