      3 chicken breasts, split, skinned & boned
      2 Tbs olive oil
      1 can (28 oz) or 2 cans (15 oz) Furmano’s Crushed Tomatoes
      6 slices Mozzarella cheese
      4 oz Parmesan cheese, shredded

      In skillet, brown chicken in olive oil. Cover & cook over medium heat until meat is no longer pink inside. Top with tomatoes & cheeses.

      Cover & continue cooking until cheeses are melted & tomatoes are heated thoroughly.

      Makes 4-6 servings

      Thanks for the recipe. I’ve been waiting some Chicken Parmesan but didn’t have a recipe. 🙂
