This is a recipe I’ve been making for over 30 years! We do one piece of chicken per person but make extra gravy because the sauce over rice is to die for!
4 to 8 Chicken pieces butter salt pepper paprika Milk 1 to 2 cans cream of chicken Soup ½ cup Sour Cream
Lightly brown chicken. Put in baking dish. Salt, pepper. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake until almost done, 30 to 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Mix soup with milk, about 2/3 to 1 can. Pour over chicken. Bake until soup has boiled and began to brown. Remove from oven. Stir in sour cream. Serve with rice.
