1 chopped onion 2 pt jars canned chicken breast 1 qt chicken broth 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 bag medium width whole wheat noodles 1 can peas and carrots seasoning salt to taste thyme parsley flakes
Cook onion in a bit of broth until translucent. Add chicken, remainder of broth, cream of chicken soup and about a qt of water. Heat to boiling, then add noodles. Once noodles are almost done, add seasonings and peas and carrots. Simmer until done.
