      Chicken Kabobs
      1-1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
      1 small red pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
      4-5 onions, cut into 1-inch chunks
      1/2 cup pineapple juice
      2 tbs soy sauce
      2 tbs olive oil
      1 tbs honey
      1 tsp garlic powder
      1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
      Combine the chicken, red pepper and onions in a glass bowl. Whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken and vegetables, turning to coat well.

      Refrigerate 20-30 minutes. Prepare a grill for medium-high heat, or heat a cast iron grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread skewers with chicken and vegetables (remember to soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes prior to using to prevent burning).

      Grill 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
