Chicken Fajita Skillet 2 chicken breasts 1 pkg fajita seasoning, or make your own 2 tbs olive oil 1 tomato, diced 1 onion, diced ½ red bell pepper ½ green bell pepper ½ cup cheddar cheese sour cream salsa 4 flour tortillas jalapenos or peppers of preference Cut chicken into strips and marinate in fajita seasoning overnight according to package directions. In a large skillet, heat oil and cook chicken until center is no longer pink. Add in tomato, onion, red peppers, and green peppers. Sauté until fragrant. Assemble fajitas and enjoy! Serves 2-4
