2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
      1/2 C. seasoned bread crumbs
      1 egg
      1/2 C. milk
      8 oz. swiss cheese, cubed
      8 oz. ham, diced
10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 C. milk In a small bowl, Beat egg into the 1/2c. milk; dip chicken in egg and milk mixture, then into bread crumbs, coating well.

In a medium frying pan heat a couple tablespoons of oil. Brown the chicken until golden, (they don’t have to be cooked through) Place chunks in baking dish, add swiss cheese and ham. Mix cream of chicken soup with 1 cup of milk; mix well and pour over all. Bake about 30 minutes at 350°F. or until bubbly.

Oh that sounds so good. My husband enjoys my recipe for chicken cordon bleu but this sounds like a great way to put a new spin on the traditional recipe. Thank you for sharing 🙂
