This is a wee bit different from my previous recipes, hence the name…Chicken and Gravy over Rice (Mashed Potatoes) II 2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 15=oz cans cream of chicken soup 1 pkt chicken gravy mix (or use your own) hot steamed rice or mashed potatoes Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray. Place chicken inside slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle gravy mix over chicken. Cover with cream of chicken soup. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours. Shred or cut chicken into bite sized pieces and return to sauce.
