Cherry Waldorf Salad
3/4 cup boiling water
3-oz pkg cherry gelatin
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 apple, chopped
1 small banana, sliced
1 stalk celery, chopped
Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl. Stir 2 min until completely dissolved. Add enough cold water to ice cubes to measure 1-1/4 cups. Add to gelatin. Stir until completely melted. Refrigerate 1 hour or until thickened but not set.
Stir in fruit and celery. Pour into serving bowl.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
