Cherry-Berry Smoothie Bowl
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup frozen cherries
1 cup grated carrots
2 tbs sliced almonds
1 tbs almond butter
1 tbs fresh lemon juice
1 kiwi, sliced
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs unsweetened coconut flakes
Combine milk, berries, cherries, carrots, almonds, almond butter, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend on high until smooth, adding water as needed to thin the mixture.
Top with kiwi slices, chia seeds, and coconut flakes. Serves 2
