1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 lb Velveeta, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
4 oz Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed
1 can (10oz) Rotel diced tomatoes & green chiles, undrained
8 sliced bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
1.) Combine ingredients in microwaveable bowl.
2.) MIcrowave on High 5 minutes or until Velveeta is completely melted & mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips & cut-up veggies.
