Cheesy Potatoes in Foil

3 Large baking potatoes, sliced thinly

5 Slices bacon, cooked crisply

1 Large onion, sliced

2 c. Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 c. Butter

Place sliced potatoes on a large piece of foil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Crumble bacon over top. Add onion and cheese.

Divide butter evenly on top. Stir ingredients gently.
Bring up edges of foil, leave space for expansion. Seal with a double fold.
Place on a grill and cook over coals for about 1 hour, turn several times.

I make this with Mushrooms and bell peppers, Green Onions and Diced Potatoes and Butter and add A little Mrs Dash..Also I add Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese at the end of Cooking Time…Yummy One of My families Favorites when we Grill Steaks:)

Here Ya Go …Sorry I was out a few days..Just got this Post 🙂

4-6 med. potatoes, diced
1 med. onion diced or Green Onions
1 sm.

can mushrooms
1 med. green pepper, optional
Dash salt,optional
Dash pepper,optional
Dash Of Mrs.Dash Table Blend
1/4 c. butter
8oz Bag,Mozzarella Cheese and Cheddar cheese

Place 1/2 the butter in bottom of foil.In a big Bowl Add Potatoes and all other ingredients And stir together.. then put all ingredients in foil..Put remaining butter on top. Fold foil closed.{make sure sides are closed shut and tight so butter don’t leek out} Put on hot grill about 1/2 to and hour…Open foil Be careful Of the steam..add Cheese let it Melt..Then Enjoy:)
