Cheesy Crumb-Topped Broccoli for Two 1/4 cup zesty Italian dressing, divided 1 cup leftover broccoli 1/4 cup shredded Italian five cheese blend 1/2 tsp dried rosemary leaves, crushed 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves Pour 3 tbs dressing over broccoli in shallow dish. Toss to evenly coat all sides of broccoli. Refrigerate 30 min to marinate. Heat oven to 400°F. Mix remaining dressing and all remaining ingredients until blended. Drain broccoli. Discard marinade. Place broccoli in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Press cracker mixture onto broccoli. Bake 10 min or until heated through. Let stand 3 min before serving.
