Cheesy Bacon Omelet
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp butter
4 slices bacon, cooked
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
In a bowl, combine and beat the eggs, salt, and pepper. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the egg mixture. As the eggs start to set, gently lift the edges and tilt to cook all the eggs. Sprinkle the cheese and bacon evenly onto omelet. Take the pan and let half of it rest on the plate and fold the top over it. Serve immediately. Serves 2
