      Cheese Fudge

      8 ounces Velveeta Processed Cheese
      2 sticks butter
      1 teaspoon vanilla
      1/2 cup cocoa
      2 pounds powdered sugar
      1/2 cup chopped pecans

      Melt Velveeta and butter together over low heat.
      Stir in vanilla.

      In a separate bowl, sift together powdered sugar
      and cocoa. Stir dry mixture into cheese mixture. Stir
      in nuts. Line 9-by-13-inch pan with waxed paper
      and spread fudge in pan. Let cool in refrigerator.
      Remove from pan and cut with pizza cutter.
