Cheese Ball II
2 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
8-oz pkg sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbs finely chopped onions
1 tbs red bell peppers, chopped
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 cup pecans, chopped and roasted
Beat cream cheese and cheddar in small bowl with mixer until blended.
Add all remaining ingredients except nuts.
Mix well.
Refrigerate several hours.
Shape into ball. Roll in nuts. Serves 24
