Snacks in our house are air-popped pop corn, or the microwave stuff if I can
find it cheap, fresh fruit, dried fruit, fresh vegetables, crackers from
walmart ($1 box) and cheap big bags of pretzels. Raisins from trader joes are
a favorite… almost like candy.
I also munch on dry cereal at times…. if I
can find healthy and cheap on sale. I also grow my own sprouts on the kitchen
counter and these are great snacking material.
