CHEAP LUNCHES

      For lunches I dont buy lunchmeat since most of them contain nitrates and are
      bad for you not to mention expensive. I buy chicken breast usually boneless
      and skinless on sale and make chicken salad sandwiches with mayo and relish.
      I cook the chicken in the microwave, let it cool, then shred and cut it up.
      Very easy and my husband can eat it for lunch all week. Also, I make tuna
      sandwiches and egg salad sandwiches. Between those three we can eat those
      several times a week. I think they save money over lunch meats especially
      the egg salad sandwich. If you have high cholesterol you can take out some
      of the yolk after the eggs have boiled. Kathy
