I keep looking for some chair cushens for a good price. All I see is $10 -$25 a piece. Thats $40 at least just for cushens for my REALLY worn set that sits on our porch.
Not at all worth it. Any ideas or tips as to whear to get them?? I supose sewing is an optian but I am only begening to learn how.

I’d check the thrift stores, Criags list or your local free cycle.

IF the cushions are still in good structural shape you can recover .. just do it like you are wrapping a package .. you can hand sew the ‘folds’
if the cushions are broken down you need to replace them .. high density foam is expensive – check local dump (if you are allowed to pick) for cushions or the fold out mattresses from couches

I agree they are very expensive. I have six chairs, so it would cost alot for me too. I’ve thought about making my own, but I want something that has some padding to it.
Not the thin foam that’s at the craft stores. Might check your local thrift store, but they may be worn out too. Good luck with this one.
