In medium saucepan, heat 2 Tbs Cento Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Add 1/2 small onion, sliced. Saute until onion is translucent. Add 1 tsp Bellino minced garlic; gently brown. Add 1 jar or can Cento crushed tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, & basil as desired. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer for approximately 20 minutes. Water may be added to achieve desired consistency.
Prepare pasta per instructions. Pour sauce over pasta, toss until pasta is well covered. Add grated or shredded Romano cheese.
