      The number one thing I detest about cell phones is the 2 year contract in order to get the best prices.

      If your service is so great, why do you feel the need to FORCE people to stay for 2 years???? Why not just offer great service and let people CHOOSE to stick around with a company they are pleased with?

      I know you can get 1 year contracts, but in this area, they usually cost a whole lot more plus the cost of the phone. Pay as you go costs a lot because the little cards run down, even when you are not talking, as they expire.
