Can you dial up to the internet with a cell phone?

Yes but you need an attachment from the cell phone to the computer. This
essentially is a cable that attaches from your cell phone to the computer. The
catch is that it is not available for all phones.

You have to have a phone
that is designed for a cable connection like this. (This information comes from
my computer guru husband).
