Cell phone for a 10 yr old???

My daughter is 17 and my son is 14 they don’t have a cell phone and

they want one but until they can pay for it they aren’t having one.

My husband and I don’t have a cell phone either.

I don;t think people need to be accessable all the time and in our

area kids get robbed for their cell phones so having a cell phone

isn’t going to help them in this situation if they get followed and

robbed for the cell because they were taking on the cell phone!

There are times I wish I could have reached them for something but I

don’t feel cell phones are a necessety and I know WAY too many kids

that have lost their phones due to carelessness.
