Cell phone for a 10 yr old???

I have a 10 and 15 year old. Neither of them have cell phones. I can’t

imagine why they would need them. In case of emergency there is always

a million other people around to call 911. They can use pay phones. My

DD asked for a phone and I told her she would have to pay for it

herself. She decided it wasn’t worth it.
