Our13 yr old son has a cellphone, and have had it for about a yr now, its a prepaid plan, and we gave it to him so we could all have a great peace of mind and get a hold of us and vice versafor when ever he’s outside or at a friends house.I wouldnt have an issue giving a 10 yr old a cell phone, it gives a peace of mind and there’s a lot of weirdos out there.
