Puree 1/3 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 clove garlic, 3 jarred anchovy fillets, 2 Tbs lemon juice, 2 Tbs mayo & 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. Toss with 1 1/2 cups shredded romaine lettuce.
