Casserole in the Cooker:042: 16-oz pkg frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and drained 3 cups cubed fully cooked ham 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cheddar cheese soup 2 cups milk 1 cup rice 1 celery rib, chopped 1 onion, chopped In a slow cooker, combine broccoli and ham. Combine the soups, milk, rice, celery and onion. Stir into the broccoli mixture.
Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or unitl rice is tender. 4 servings. note: depending on your cooker, you may need to add a bit of water during the last hour if it appears to be dry.
