      Caramelized Onion Carrots
      2 lbs carrots
      2 tbs butter
      2 tbs caramelized onion jam or garlic onion jam
      Wash, peel and cut carrots into two inch chunks. Bring 6 cups of water to boil in a large pot. Add carrots.

      Cook until carrots are tender, but not mushy, 10 to 15 minutes. Drain. Toss carrots with butter and caramelized onion jam.
