2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup cold water
2 Tbsp. softened butter
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup margarine or butter
1/3 cup pecan halves
Mix Bisquick and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20
strokes. Gently smooth dough into ball on cloth-covered bard generously
floured with Bisquick. Knead 5 times.
Roll dough into rectangle, 15×9″.
Spread with 2 Tbsp. butter. Mix 1/4 cup brown sugar and the cinnamon;
sprinkle over rectangle.
Roll up tightly, beginning at long side. Pinch
edge f dough into roll to seal well. Heat oven to 425 ?
F. Place rest
of sugar, butter, and pecans in 9″ round pan; heat until melted, about 3
minutes. Cut roll of dough into 12 pieces and place cut-side down in
