Caprese Sandwich 1 Italian sub roll 1/2 tbs olive oil 1/2 tbs balsamic glaze 3 thick slices fresh mozzarella 2 tomatoes 5 basil leaves salt and pepper to taste Using a serrated knife, slice an Italian sub roll in half. Drizzle the inside with Italian extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze. Add basil and tomato to one side and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with fresh mozzarella and close sandwich. Eat now or wrap tightly to take to work for lunch!
