1cup strong coffee (room Temp) 12 Cup Milk 1 – 8oz softened cream cheese 1 package Vanilla pudding 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon 1 tub (8oz) cook whip (optional – cookies Beat coffee and milk gradually into cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on med speed until smooth. Add pudding mix & cinnamon. Beat 2 minutes let stand 5 minutes – until thickened.
gently stir in 2 cups cool whip then spoon mixture into dessert cups/glasses. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving top with cool whip and sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with cookies – serves 6
