      Ladies, please be careful!! I almost lost a very good friend to botulism from canned salsa that didn't set up right. She struggled in ICU for 9 months and will have trouble all her life now.

      (Some of that was religious decision to refuse the treatment for botulism, but still… it's a bad thing!!!!)
