there is a yahoo group called serious weight watchers and in their files they have a point counter you can download to your puter. I have it and I would send it to you but I have know idea how. They have some neat tracking excel pages also.
I was a member there for some time but it got blah for me. I left but I may join again someday. They are very seious as the title states, but sometime you need a little off topic stuff.

I have a hand held counter and the books that give general points but
there are some websites that give point counters also if you google WW
